Bar Farouk in Metro al Madina

Metro al Madina presents "Bar Farouk". Bar Farouk revives the artistic scene of Beirut from the 30s to the 70s, from popular theatre to cabaret music and dance, through the works of icons who have marked the art scene before the civil war, such as Chouchou, Sabah, Ferial Karim and the poet Omar El Zeenni, amongst many. 14 Musicians, singers, actors and dancers bring you back to this golden era where Beirut was at the avant-garde of the cultural and artistic life in the Middle-East

Leilet SANAD

In 2016, SANAD initiated a never-before collaboration between Charbel Rouhana and Anis Chouchene at AUB. Charbel Rouhana dazzled the audience with an incredible fusion between Anis’ words of poetry and his own band’s music and songs. Based on the beautiful atmosphere created during that one-night performance, and in collaboration with different partners, SANAD turned this event into a Fundraising Tour targeting Lebanese and Arab communities in the region and the world. This event in April is in full collaboration with THE PALACE and is this Tour’s second stop in Beirut.
