A theatrical-cinematic performance set over one spontaneous night in a Damascus home, where young Syrians and a Lebanese woman meet under the pressure of Assad’s regime. What starts as a casual gathering becomes a moment of honest, sometimes funny, sometimes painful conversations, as everyone faces themselves, each other, and the reality they live in.
‎Switching between realistic and dreamlike scenes, the piece follows a group of friends—eight on screen and two on stage. Carrying the memories and struggles of their homelands, they cross borders, come together, play, separate, and reconnect.
‎عرض مسرحيّ-سينمائي تدور أحداثه خلال ليلة عفويّة في أحد بيوت دمشق، حيث يجتمع شباب سوريون وامرأة لبنانيّة تحت وطأة نظام الأسد. ما يبدأ كجلسة ودّية يتحوّل إلى مساحة صدقٍ تحمل لحظات مضحكة وأخرى مؤلمة، بينما يواجه الجميع أنفسهم والآخرين والواقع الذي يعيشونه.
‎بين مشاهد واقعيّة وأخرى أقرب إلى الحلم، يجمع العرض ثمانية أصدقاء على الشاشة واثنتين على الخشبة. تحمل الصديقتان ذكريات ومعاناة وطنيهما، تعبران الحدود، تلتقيان، تبتعدان، ثم تعودان لبعضهما البعض.
