Bcharre Cedars reserve, Annoubine, and Batroun!

The cedar forests of Lebanon are the oldest documented forests in history. There are 31 cedar forests in Lebanon, most significantly the forest of the Cedars of God in Bcharre. It is an ancient grove of cedars, the oldest in Lebanon: a beautiful site that gives you a feeling of peace and quiet.

You will also see the sculptures of Rudy Rahmeh done with such talent, adding to the beauty of the forest.

Then will go to Annoubine valley.

The hike will be one easy level, Level 2. You will not have challenging slopes and the walk will be enjoyable, giving enough time for picture taking and rest... it takes max one hour.

Annoubine’s history dates back to the 6th century. It has monasteries and sanctuaries spread all over the gorge, in caves or churches.

The view you get to see from the valley is beyond imagination. Once there, you get the feeling of peace and tranquility. The spiritual atmosphere reigns over the entire valley.

Lunch will be there. It is an enormous reserve that stays green all summer and provides a very cool atmosphere.  A local Lebanese restaurant serves there Lebanese mezze.

After lunch, we will go to Batroun where a visit to the main historical attractions will be a nice way to end this adventure. Of course, you will get to taste the famous lemonade of Batroun. Just what you need after such a long day!

PRICE:  35$ per person including transport, guides, reserve, and insurance. The price is for a minimum of 20 people. Lunch and any other expenses are not included.
