Synopsis

On the hills of Tangier stands the decrepit house of La Mansouria, home to Lina, her father Anis, her grandmother Amina, and the "good" Chinwiya. When Amina pushes a real estate deal that would make the family billionaires, Anis refuses, giving up his share to build a bird refuge instead. Then an unexplained fire breaks out in the hills, and it rains birds over the forest.

القصة تتحدث عن عائلة تعيش في منزل «لا منصورية» وسط غابة تلال طنجة، وتواجه صراعاً بين بيع المنزل لعرض عقاري ضخم تريده الجدة أمينة، وبين رغبة الأب أنيس في تحويل نصيبه إلى ملاذ للطيور، ليشتعل فجأة حريق غامض في التلال وتهطل الطيور على المكان.
